African tones at Musikmakarna

For a week, Musikmakarna has been visited by talented young people from shanty towns in South Africa, through the project "Music is Power".
Together, around ten new songs with exciting tones and rhythms were created, which received feedback at Scandinavian Songs before the group returned home. Now the work continues with production and in November the participants from Musikmakarna travel down to Cape Town to complete the project. We look forward to hearing the finished songs in a mix of African and Swedish influences!
